The Western School of Intermediate Banking has developed a curriculum designed for today's banker. In conjunction with bankers and academia, subjects were selected that would help your staff members adapt to a world of specialization and sales.
Today's bank officers are better educated than ever, but many lack general banking experience. They have sales skills but many times lack an understanding of how banks operate, the details of products and services they must sell and why banks are the right place for customers to meet their financial needs.
Upon graduation from Western School of Intermediate Banking, your officer will have gained a better understanding of banking in general as well as how to specifically apply the knowledge gained to effectively manage a bank.
Who Can Benefit
Officers with a minimum of three years banking experience or a college degree will find the School both challenging and rewarding. The curriculum has been designed with the above qualifications in mind and with the presumption that attendees are desirous of progressing in banking. In the career development of your officers, the School is also an excellent building block for transitioning officers, who will be attending graduate banking schools in the future.
